The Northface Denali Wind Pro Fleece Jacket: Features

The first thing you will notice about The North Face Denali Wind Pro jacket is that it is sleek and stylish. The North Face brand has created a dynamic and classy piece of outerwear that is suitable for a night out on the town, a rainy and windy day, a special occasion, or just a relaxing day at your home. The external layer is abrasion resistant, also created by Polartec and it’s patented Powershield technology is designed to repel rain and snow.

The North Face Denali Wind Pro Jacket has it all and it comes in a variety of colors. A few color options are Mountain Blue, The North Face Red, Black, and Asphalt Grey. If you already own a North Face jacket such as the North Face Windwall Tri Climate jacket, The North Face Denali jacket has a zip-in feature that will allow you to replace the Windwall’s fleece jacket with the Denali for extra comfort and warmth.

Some of the great features on the Denali Wind Pro Jacket from The North Face are its all- weather resistance, the napoleon chest pocket to store you wallet or other small items, the hem-cinch cords on the waist and arms to ensure the proper fit, two hand pockets, and its ability to keep you warm and dry without overheating your body. This North Face jacket will provide you with the utmost protection in weather from ZERO degrees and up. I guess it would be up to you how long you actually want to wear it. When it hit’s 60 degrees here in New Hampshire, I am in shorts and sandals!!! Nevertheless, this jacket can be worn in the winter and provide the ultimate protection. Unfortunately The North Face Denali does not come stock with a hood, but you can go with the Denali Hoodie, available in men's and women's sizes, in the case you want an all elements protection including something for your head.

It's tough to find higher quality than in a North Face fleece jacket

If you are earth friendly or “green” you should know that The North Face Denali Wind Pro jacket is made of recycled materials as is several of their other products. I personally prefer buying products from companies that I know are doing what they can to be sustainable. According to The North Face’s product description, their Denali solid fleece fabric is constructed with 87 percent recycled material. The materials are made from 90 percent post-industrial waste and 10 percent post-consumer waste. This means that The North Face Denali Wind Pro Jacket and other The North Face products help to keep the landfills free of trash and do their part to save the planet.

The North Face Denali Wind Pro Jacket is top notch when it comes to usability. This jacket can be worn anywhere from a classy restaurant to an NFL football game and still look great! It’s patented Polartec fleece technology is specially designed to keep the wind out and remain breathable to ensure that the body remains at 98.6 %. It’s not quite that scientific, but you will not overheat in this bad boy, I guarantee it! I own this jacket and, let me tell you, it is an everyday kind of coat. And the best part is that is comes in Men's, Women's and Childrens sizes!

Where to find the Wind Pro Jacket

The North Face Denali Wind Pro Jacket and other The North Face outerwear products can be found at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Eastern Mountain Sports, the Kittery Trading Post, The North Face stores and outlets, just to name a few. I sometimes have a difficult time locating their stuff, but these are just a few stores that carry their products. Hope that helps if you are in the market for a new all-seasons fleece or jacket!
